Division Library Hub
The Division Library Hub serves as the central repository and access point for a wide range of learning resources developed, curated, and distributed by the Schools Division Office. Integrated within the Learning Resource (LR) Portal, it is designed to support equitable, efficient, and organized access to quality educational materials for teachers, learners, and stakeholders.
This hub facilitates the storage, retrieval, and dissemination of both locally developed and nationally provided resources, including storybooks, learning activity sheets, teacher guides, and other supplementary materials. It also supports resource mobilization initiatives, enabling the borrowing and distribution of physical and digital learning resources to schools across the division.
With a user-centered interface, the Division Library Hub promotes ease of navigation, systematic file management, and timely access to relevant materials. It aims to enhance teaching-learning processes by ensuring that instructional resources are readily available, contextually appropriate, and aligned with curriculum standards.
Ultimately, the Division Library Hub reinforces the commitment of the division to strengthen learning resource management systems and to foster a culture of sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement in education.

Project READS
(Resource Encoding, Access, and Distribution System)
Project READS is a digital system designed to streamline the encoding, organization, and distribution of learning resources within the Division Library Hub. It enables efficient cataloging, tracking, and access to both digital and physical materials, ensuring that resources are systematically managed and readily available to schools. Through this system, the division strengthens its capacity for data-driven resource allocation and improves the overall delivery of library services.
Tanglaw Library System (Division Unified Library)
The Tanglaw Library System serves as the unified platform that connects the Division Library Hub with all School Library Hubs, establishing a standardized and integrated library system across the division. It provides centralized access to learning resources, harmonizes library operations, and promotes collaboration among schools. This initiative ensures equitable distribution, efficient monitoring, and optimized utilization of library resources to support teaching and learning.
