Building on the successes of Project LIPAD LR, we are pleased to introduce Project SOAR LR, a renewed initiative focused on strengthening learning resources to better support teachers and learners.

Project SOAR LR focuses on the sustainable innovation and expansion of localized, digital, and physical learning resources to support quality teaching and learning across all learning areas by strengthening systems, building educator capacity, and improving the quantity, quality, and accessibility of instructional materials for both teachers and learners. Through coordinated initiatives, continuous improvement, and strategic support, schools can deliver equitable, inclusive, and technology-enabled education by providing responsive, well-designed, and standards-aligned learning resources that enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
